In this workshop you will learn the foundations of the practice through three guided journeys:

The Lower World: where you will meet a power animal, a guide who offers protection and embodied strength.

The Middle World: where you will connect with a helping spirit in the spiritual dimension of our ordinary world

The Upper World: Where you will meet a spirit guide in human form, who offers wisdom and perspective for the path ahead.

Learn to get out of ego driven states and learn to live in beauty guided by spirits who teach divine harmony

  • Cross-cultural shamanic views of the sacred realms and easy methods to access them
